1. Introduction

2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Ticket Purchase and Admission
- Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the Organizer. Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior consent from the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for misconduct, non-compliance with event policies, or other reasons at the Organizer’s discretion. Attendees must comply with all entry requirements, including presenting a valid ticket and, if applicable, valid identification.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data collected during the ticket purchase will be handled according to the Organizer's privacy policy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- The personal data of attendees may be used for event management purposes, including communications about the event and future events. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Attendees have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the Organizer.
5. Photography and Videography
- By attending the Dubai Real Estate Investment Event, attendees consent to being photographed and filmed. The Organizer reserves the right to use any such photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes, both online and offline, without any obligation to provide compensation to the attendee.
- The Organizer may use the photographs and videos taken during the event on social media, websites, printed materials, and other promotional platforms.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the Organizer in writing before the event. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
- Any third-party photographers present at the event must comply with the event's privacy policies and applicable laws.
- The Organizer will ensure that any use of images and footage is in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Personal data in the form of images or videos will be processed based on legitimate interests for promotional activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All event materials, including photographs and videos, are the intellectual property of the Organizer. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.
7. Liability
- The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the event unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Organizer.
- The Organizer is not responsible for the services provided by third-party vendors or partners during the event.
8. Health and Safety
- The Organizer will take reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of all attendees. Attendees are expected to follow instructions from event staff regarding safety procedures.
- In case of medical emergencies, attendees should contact event staff immediately. The Organizer will facilitate access to appropriate medical assistance but is not responsible for any medical treatment provided.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
